did a quick search, the best I can find without a PACER account is that Apple uses in-house counsel, and has used a firm in Texas to appear in the answer to the Zapmedia complaint filed in our favorite jurisdiction. Also, although Duane Morris appears many times with "Apple", many of the articles mentioning Apple are written by the same attorney at DM, in a reporter's view, some positive and some negative. The tone of the articles I have read suggests that the author at DM is a third party reporter
None of the attornies listed on this page were listed as working for DM, although as LL stated sometimes a local firm is hired by a distant firm for filing and appearances.... did I understand that correctly from a while ago LL?
Anyone else have any idea who Apple's lawyers are?
