this post made me feel real good. i've always thought the 445 patent (micro-os) was huge in scope. the reason i feel so good is that dm has claimed infringement on 445 against previous and current defendants. and we know what that means. dm ain't messin around. there is a huge precedence set for operating system licensing revenues with the pc. what could our tech be worth if the windows correlation is made? this is why i add n hold until that question is answered.
