I missed work Thurs & Fri due to a cold but went in today to catch up on some things. Robert sent the response below to my question of why only FF and WB received this Notice of Alternate Dispute Resolution and not digEcor as well.

Hi, Michael,

From the information we've been able to gather from our attorneys, the
Federal Court in Utah has an automatic system for sending these notices
out, and it appears they may have missed Fred and Will in the initial
round of notices long ago. The system may have reset and sent them in
January. While we aren't sure why it was sent out, our attorneys are
confident that there's no substantive reason for this filing now.
