Only thing I saw on the original case schedule was that if they did not rule by January 23rd, all remaining dates would have to be adjusted. There have been 3 things already delayed in the schedule with another one this week...

The original trial date was set for 5/4/09.....

Hopefully that point will be mute and settlement will be reached...
