they should just let the market dictate the price. I bet it would be higher than where we are right now. I really believe we hear something from the Utah court today or tomorrow. I am just wondering if the delay is that a settlement is being worked out. I find that hard to believe since the rotund one has been so stubborn but anything is possible.
