If the Court had concluded that the April of 2002 Agreement between Boyer and EDIG was binding, we would have had a Decision already. On the other hand if they are considering ruling otherwise, it is taking them longer to write a comprehensive decision that will be held up on appeal...

Interesting point that I hadn't considered. I agree with the logic but having zero court experience, I can't give an opinion for the long delay on the rulings.
