"Man, the Court really is 'taking the matter under advisement'!"

That is good for EDIG side!?...

The case with Digecor is set for trial. However, remembering that the Motions heard were for Summary Judgement, the Court in deciding the case for either party will have to assume whatever the opposition is claiming is true, thus essentially the decision will take care of the rest of the case...

The Court knows quite well who they are dealing with. And they are aware that their Decision will be appealed by either party...

If the Court had concluded that the April of 2002 Agreement between Boyer and EDIG was binding, we would have had a Decision already. On the other hand if they are considering ruling otherwise, it is taking them longer to write a comprehensive decision that will be held up on appeal...

Good Luck to all...
