The way the price has been holding, sure feels like the news floodgates are about to open. EDIG and Olympus expect to finalize their settlement by March 5, EDIG and Sanyo by March 2 and finally, EDIG and Avid by March 16. Since the PR's are released by EDIG before the Motion to Dismiss is filed with the Court, I think we'll see two PR's next week. One on Monday for the Sanyo license and the other NLT Thursday for the Olympus license. Looking forward to seeing if the companies are named in the PR's and whether there is any cross-licensing mentioned. If we also get decisions on the digEcor partial summary judgments and possible new lawsuit(s) filed, it could be a powder keg of a week.
