Boeing, EBay, QVC Hit With Sales Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 02, 2009) -- Patent-holding company Clear With Computers Inc. has filed a lawsuit accusing dozens of defendants — including eBay Inc., Halliburton Co. and Seiko Epson Corp. — of infringing one or both of two patents related to sales that the plaintiff has already asserted against a slew of other companies.
