What a coincidence. I was thinking of the same thing after I read emit's remark about an even keel. :>)

I said this once before and was poo-pooed about it. I believe the settlements we've gotten and will get are negatively impacted by the current market and the anticipated significant reduction in the revenues of bad guys, going forward.
