Well it looks like Sanyo and Olympus just need a little more time to get the settlement agreements in the books. With Sanyo now set to file for dismissal on 9 March, Avid due on 16 March and Olympus pushed back to 31 March, I believe we'll see three PR's this month before the end of our fiscal year '09. Hopefully we'll also get digEcor rulings, maybe a Samsung settlement announcement and most of all, another lawsuit with 15-20 new defendants. Given that EDIG first filed a PACER document against the Texas Seven on 3/4/08 and then issued the PR on 3/6/08, we might again see a PACER announcement of any new filing(s) before the official PR.

Regardless of how this all plays out timewise, I am extremely positive about how this year is going and believe this to be EDIG's breakout year. 4Q 2009 will certainly get us some attention when the financials are released in late June and will show our first profitable year ever. That is huge for EDIG at a time when many companies are closing their doors/ filing bankruptcy.
