Actually, I and the Court in UTAH, wouldn't mind if the case dragged on till after February of 2010, when the Markamn earing is to be held on EDIG CLAIM validity...Lol...Lol...

However, I don't think it will last much longer. ..

Generally, such ruling are made within 30 days of submission. Unless there are circumstances affecting the disposition such as, ( other pending litigation that might have an impact of the opinion of the Court), such as the Markman Hearing in Marshall TEXAS!?...

Either way, Bow's case will be over one way or another and digecor will end up EDIG customer if they want to continue selling IFE products...
