Yeah, it bugs me too but keeping the name of the infringer out of the public eye in the PR was most likely one of the terms of the settlement. No question it would have gotten more attention if the the other party's name were put out there but I think those who are seriously interested, have a way of obtaining the info. Of course we know who it is but, in terms of naming the other party for our benefit, it would just simply be a case of preachin' to the choir.
