Yes, I'm aware of these cheap gadgets, my point is only AC will be transmitted to the users place of business/home etc, by the utility company.
What one takes on a "camping trip" or use at home with batteries or an AC/DC adapter, be it a separate component or built into the cord, like many of what's in this add, or cell phone charger etc, is another matter.
Motors is a frig, washer/dryer...will never change to DC.
