RP told me in no uncertain terms the "Markman" was the key and what EDig/DM was aiming for. Since 6 of the 7 SETTLED no Markman has been necessay. I do not know what strategy EDig/DM are following but it seems to me the way this Samsung case is coming down that perhaps, just PERHAPS, this is the grand Markman strategy....to not settle with Samsung but to take them to a Markman....
