May be just may be samsung is being influenced by apple to fight us to the end, the reason is if samsung falls which is a gravel that is holding the big rock(apple) will fall. If samsung settles then apple has no choice but to settle when they get sued. I think we have to take them to markman and beyound and let the jury decide their faith and our reward.
