What I meant was that after the Markman, the activity rate by DM in terms of settlements /and/or trial shall increase...

We allready know that DM's main forte is their emphasis of "Settlements" rather than paper throwing and litigation...

Soon after their fist filings we knew that their approach was to settle rather try cases. For example there have been indications of talks with NOKIA which was mentioned who were not part of the FIRST 7+1 DEFENDANTS...

After the DM have the "POSITIVE" Markman Ruling in their hands, the only question is "How Much" is the amount of damages they seek from the remaining defendants. There will be NO MORE garbage like what Samsung is doing now, and the rate of settlements, and or judgements shall increase substantially...
