There could be others as I was only privy to this insight as heresay. If I understand correctly Duane Morris offered the best terms and had the least conflicts of interest. I'm sure it's more complicated that that but it's interesting never the less. I'm not sure having to defend our patents agains firms that have an inside view is a plus or a minus. They certainly have a insight as to what they are up against which could help move the process along depending on the strength of our patents and the extent of Samsungs infringments.
