The settlements we have received so far have been small bur it put cash in EDIG'S pocket , which keeps the doors open. It has also put cash in D M pocket and pays for a lot of the expenses of this case to this point.

I have stated numerous times on this board that "We need to take a case to court and let the Judge/jury tell us what our patents are worth ".

Now that court case looms in the not to distant future.
