Well, the buyer would have to suffer through share depreciation, along with the rest of us, after the accumulation. He would now be, impatiently, waiting out the quiet period. Only news directly related to ``the product`` and coming from the share buyers company or the supplier would be effected.

I am REALLY curious as to why a company (Wencor) with a hot product (Digeplayer/Digesystem) would shut down all news on said hot product when the competition, which seems to be multiplying exponentially, releases news every 5-10 minutes...well, it seems like that often.

It doesn`t make sense...unless...see aforementioned scenario.
