Does the "Tick" on EDIG ever go UP?

Last trade was higher than the immediate previous, last BID was higher, last ASK was higher, and EDIG closes UP.

What does it take to get an "UPTICK" on EDIG?

(BTW, UBSS raised their BID from .155 to .16 at 15:53, but had no sellers looking to sell at .16, and the ASK remained at .165 since 13:11)
