Thanks for all the kind private messages many have sent me, as well as the public thanks you've given. I am truly happy to be of help in this investment and feel invigorated with the digEcor rulings. I started a PACER account years ago when 'She Who Shall Not Be Named' posted on IHUB that she wasn't going to make the PACER docs available for investors to have access to anymore. That just stuck in my craw like you wouldn't believe. Within 10 minutes, I had a PACER account! LOL. No way was I going to let her dictate to me and others what information we had access to. I hope she reads this because... gloating is a dish best served COLD! LOL

To those who have graciously volunteered to send me checks to help with my PACER fees...thank you. However, Gil and DABOSS have PM'ed me that they've sent me checks and haiyaku sent me a check. I think that will cover my PACER costs through 2009. That is unless DM files against a boatload of infringers! :)
