I know many of you "realists" out there question every pronouncement made by RP.........He told me many times that this was a frivolous lawsuit based on nothing. That BOW was simply stringing it out in an attempt to wear EDig down and gain any portion of EDig's IP and business he could........HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.......and I dutifully reported he words to this board many times to the constant negative comments of disbelief of his words by a few here..

RP has consistently been correct in his communications to us....especially the last year or two.........How about some of you get real and give him some credit..
