I would think that they will wait until the hearing on the 23rd before announcing anything in a PR. I don't believe that edig would want to put anything in a PR that might be overly confident and /or give digegor something that could be turned to their advantage. These rulings seem to give us an advantage, but there are still several important points to be ruled upon.
