In a receint post I referenced sman post

Where he noted:

"SAMSUNG coming along with 10 attorneys from 10 different law firm with so far more than 900 pages of

explanation."

Silversurfer questioned the assertion and I Private messaged him providing the post as my source. His responce should clarify what's actually transpired here.

sman made an error in thinking all these attorneys represented only Samsung. He just posted the entire list of attorneys that were present for the hearing on 10/28/08. You can see them identified on Doc 105 on my box.net site. These attorneys collectively actually represent all 7 defendants, not just Samsung.

To the best of my knowledge, Samsung only has two firms representing them...(1)Potter Minton and (2)Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

To clarify,

Fish & Richardson are not representing Samsung as I had suggested. Nor are most of the other firms indicated on the list.
