The real problem is lack of knowledge of the amounts and companies. There is no news except that there is a signing. PTSC when it made its initial settlements along with Transmeta named the companies and the amounts...the stocks went up. PTSC then switched to NDA format and it is one of the reasons that the stock price crashed.
