You got that right in saying, "I think they are saying they sell via the internet and are trying to escape the infringement via that course.".

Thus, they seem to say; " We can Infringe on EDIG patenets, so long as we are selling on the Internet, and the Court does not have jurisdiction to address the question of, was the product sold on the internet an infringing product?!?"...

The threshold question to be addeessed by the Court is, "Do Samsung products in qestion infringe on EDIG PATENTS?..."

If the above claim by the Samsung attorneys is the type of "Rabbits" they are going to throw at DM, then we are home free...

Just think; this is same as saying that Congress in declaring Internet to be free of Taxation, meant to allow, infringers, copy cats, and other theives were provided a safe heaven for selling their unlawfully acquired products and were free to do as they please...

That alone makes their position preposterous, as Congress meant no such a thing...
