I'm guessing that EDIG is asking for a whole lot more in this case, hence SAMSUNG attempting to battle, however, I bet if given the chance to settle that they will, even at the midnight hour in May...and avoid putting this into the hands of a jury. This looks like an attempt to "deal" and get a lower settlement number.

I'd be surprised if they risked a trial by jury.

If that is the case then I bet this number will be a whole lot higher than the previous settlements...and could be a GAME CHANGER.
