I hope you are right but I would sure feel better with a few more settlements to fill the kitty before they go Markman...seems early in the game, but then again, SAMSUNG is a juicy target...speaking of fruit and all...lol.

I like this record quarter upon quarter, year upon year concept, coupled with profitability....lol.
