Not sure what you mean...EDIG complying to what? This filing in the digEcor case that jefother found is an entry by the Court reporter regarding the hearing that was held yesterday with all Parties in attendance. The Court had several summary judgments of Motions 214 and 217 still unruled on and heard oral arguments. Now the judge is taking the matter under advisement and should issue rulings on these outstanding issues 'soon' due to the trial date of 5/4/09.
