I doubt that, and their rank in being next on the list depends on what was the language of the "Agreement" between them and EDIG...?...

My recollection is that EDIG was allowing TI to use its Tech. in their chips, knowing TI would put them in commerce, in exchange for TI telling cusomers buying its platforms containing EDIG Tech. to go to EDIG FOR FURTHER SERVICES IF NEEDED...

There is at least one Supreme Court decision that immunizes the buyers of products containing patent protected technology that were in commerce with the knowledge of the owners of the patent, form infirngment claims...

And in my judgment Apple would raise that defense for sure. TI's case though different from Apple it seems to be further down the list of potential infringers.

I am sure DM has the TI-EDIG agreement under his microscope as we speak, and will think of something...
