Thing is, I seem to remember that the original ASI " short-term working capital financing arrangement originally funded in March 2007" as being un-secured....I remember it signaled to me a sense of confidence that it was extended un-secured.

? perhaps when it was not paid timely it was added?

in any event, it's paid off and the security is lifted.
