(which is certainly not my intent) I would answer your question with a question "More than what?" I believe we are going to see increasing revenue stream for several quarters to come if DM gets aggressive with filing against infringers. If, on the other hand, the firm takes a more "let's get Samsung and then get aggressive" approach then I believe revenues will slow to a crawl in subsequent quarters until the Markman is concluded (hopefully in our favor.) The fact remains, in my view, that it is simply a matter of time. While I have seen, as LL and Gil point out, that nothing is certain in our legal system, I believe we are on a collision course with Samsung the outcome of which Samsung is not going to like very much.
