Using known numbers but still just a guesstimate...

Revenues for Q3 of fiscal 2009 were $3.9 million on TWO settlements, so 3 settlements could equal $5.85 million alone.

Guessing that 3 settlements equal $5.85 million plus the $6.078 already booked thru 3 quarters puts us at $11,928 million....more than double last years numbers.
