Can you imagine SAMSUNG coming in at over $10 million and then DM releasing the next round of 15-20 new infringers?

If DM was thinking anywhere near 10 million for Samsung, I think they would take that amount and call it a day.

Because the amount is probably much larger, perhaps 2-5 times, they are on the attack and may not agree to any settlement until a Markman ruling, which I believe is what DM wants. This would definitely establish our infringement case against future filings.
