That may be a concern for some but does anybody really think there won't be any new lawsuits as we sit on day one of fiscal 2010?
Just look at the one year chart and compare where we were last year when we had no settlements or settlement history.
Today we have a great track record, DM working it and EDIG management stating that they expect more activity on this front...AND the knowledge that they have identified over 184 infringers and that we are in the very early stages of tier one efforts.
What will the chart look like this time next year?
