The trial is in about a month and if EDIG wins, digEcor has already publicly said they will appeal. With the court decisions we've had so far, I think EDIG will come out OK in the end.

This is a bench trial, not a jury trial. The judge who has predominantly ruled against digEcor on summary judgment motions will be the decision maker at trial. I think we're in the catbird seat.
