Pretty sure that anyone who is seriously following eDig at this time was already aware of the settlement. As a result it's probably already reflected in the PPS. Eventually as we continue moving forward, we'll reach the overflow point and the news will spill over to the general public in a dramatic way...then we can see some substantial moves.
