Your insight makes sense to me. Curious if you have any feeling on my notion that the dropping of the 2 patents in the filing may portend some sort of partnering between eDigital and Samsung. One thing for certain is that a move of this significance was intended with a significant purpose in mind. Perhaps as you suggest, to go after the chipmaker and resolve an early settlement. I think a settlement is a given. What is behind it is a bit more obscure. A partnership with another company or companies is in the works, whether it's Samsung or someone else. Once upon a time we were "partnered with Samsung". That didn't amount to a hill of beans. Perhaps a second time around will amount to something. We'll see.
