Then a comment was made about us being a possible target for a takeover. RP said, "that can't happen, we have a poison pill." My WAG is he meant the Polis clan...JMO.

Then RP said, "we are not for sale for less than $21/share."

I have not a clue if this was all tongue and cheek, or RP was making a statement for us to take away from the meeting. I've posted this before, so IMO it's a good time to bring it up again.

Sammy, show me $21/share and I will BOW down and kiss your feet!!
