The question now is how much we are asking for the infringed products? and how much samsung if offering us and how much is a good price to settle for if we are thinking of settlement.

And if both parties are stuborn and no offer and acceptance took place how much does samsung things the Jury will award us (hoping it is less than what we are asking for ) or how much we think the Jury will award us (hoping more what we are asking for) is the $64k question.

IMVHO I think samsung case is very crucial to us for our future lawsuits, winning Samsung is the concrete foundation to erect our 174 + high pyramid.

Since DM has few attorney's handling our case they will not name IMO any more infringers unless they know for sure a settlement is on its way or knowing that noting can be done now until Markman and Jury trial, then their attorney's can file against say 20 more infringers.

FWIW JMHO
