"related Samsung entities would be other companies they own, not those who might purchase from or partner with them"

That's my initial definition and interpretation....however, what's to stop Samsung , seemly having a get out of jail card, from making some strategic purchase within the industry.....would that purchased entity be exempt as well?

On another note, with what we are passing back and fourth here, would a possible unknowing precedence be forming, that would pretty much exempt companies such as Apple, in passing the buck to the companies that supply tech to their devices?
