The only avenue open to BOW is to file an APPEAL to the Circut Court in which the UTAH FEDERAL COURT sits...

His law suit (if indeed that is what it is) will be thrown out of Court once the COURT'S decision becomes final...

In my view this is PR. He has told his lawyers to do this to show (1) that is still in business and intends to stick around, and (2) lay a defense against EDIG claims that are still to be decided namely defamation and interference with advatageous economic relations...

He can continue with this for up to US SUPREME COURT... by now, however, every one should know that the UTAH ase is nothing more than a "fly on an elephan'ts arse"...
