"I stand by my opinion that until DM pursues a case to the end and wins EDIG will not be able to leverage the patents into the value which we all attach to them. And it has nothing to do with finding a defendant willing to go to Markman, it has to do with DM demanding a sum of money in line with our expectations which the defendant is unwilling to pay. THAT's what will force a judicial resolution (which is in our best long term interests) instead of a settlement."

Exactly my opinion as well. We're in total agreement as to what DM should do. The question for me is what DM will do. Take the easy money on multiple nuisance settlements or make an effort, take a risk, and go for the grand prize?
