It's both sad and pathetic that if he used the significant sums of cash he has thrown in the lawsuit to invest in the stock, he could have had less stress and been in a better position than he is today.

It looks like the court will recognize an attempted robbery when the case is presented..... especially with (Clark's?) depo... (correct me if I have the name wrong from memory)

I hope by the time the case is settled, EDIG has an aircraft parts business to sell, uses THOSE proceeds to buy back some shares as they don't need to be in that business, EDIG can immediately reduce the float (some of which that was issued over the past few years went solely to help cover legal expenses for the case), and reward the common shareholder that bought the stock as it was being issued for that purpose.
