I suggest only that any monies (if won) in this case only be used to buy back shares.

By doing so, there would be a message hidden in there, something about him and the horse he rode in on.

EDIG had to issue shares to defend this suit..... use any proceeds (again, from this suit only) to buy back a few shares.

In a way, it would be like 'turning the clock back' (on outstanding shares) and also 'making the common shareholder whole' again.

I agree a dividend is out of the question... more results could be gained for ALL shareholders by reducing the O/S in this event.
