Everyone in here could offer an opinion on this, but doubt they will.

For me, I am awaiting EDIG's year end letter/guidence, digEcor ruling, where the last 2 settlement issues stand, the new list from DM, and the fiscal Q, in this order too.

IMO, we will need all the above to see any significant gain.

Nothing above has not been said before either, but did not want to see you on ignore...LOL.
