There are simply too many unanswered legal questions to attract investors at this time. Think about it (as a potentially new investor). If you were doing your DD, you'd see a play with a complicated plot.

This Wencor stuff is going to be an albatross around EDIG's neck for the foreseeable future and, as good as it appears for EDIG, it's not a slam dunk.

Although the money EDIG has won in their settlements to date is nice, it's hardly much more than is necessary to keep the lights on and pay for their war with BOW.. Samsung might break the log jam but that's a long way off, unless DM gets spooked and settles for something much less than anticipated. That would slow things down. :>)

Add to that the likelihood the company probably hasn't sold anything of consequence lately and there's no factual evidence of anything new to hang our hats on, notwithstanding the company's PR spin to the contrary, and you have your answer as to why the volume is anemic.

I'm in this for the long haul but I truly don't know if I'd invest as a new investor.....not yet.
