Are you telling me that in all these cases DM does not, at any time prior to going to trial, state the number at which it would be willing to settle the case out of court?

EDIG filed the SAMSUNG case over a year ago and 6 others that were filed at the same time have completely settled.

I think it is fair to expect they have had settlement talks at this point. Certainly it may not settle but I'd take a side bet on it.
