I am surpised at you making such broad "Guilt by association" pronouncements?.
The very statements you make about your preferences relating to non-discrimination against women proves the fact that all of us have "Preferences".
The question raised by sman998 related to cand the Court in Utah be impartial?...
The ANSWER IS; of course they can be impartial...
The post by sman talked about a case 6 years ago where the Judge who originally had EDIG case assigned to, (Stewart), had bees spanked for not recusing himself in a case involving the LDS Church of which he was a Leader.
Let me remind you that STEWART was not the name on the decisions rendered by the Court in the EDIG case thus far. And then ask yourself WHY?...
The Legal system is not and cannot be "prejudiced" and BROWN v. Board of Education was decided by the Supreme Court in the 50's to make it clear that our Constitution and Bill of Rights say exactly that, by throwing out the "Separate and Equal" doctorine that was approved by the Supreme Court.
Since then we have The Civial Rights Act; the anti age, sex discrimination laws, and so son and so on. Furthermore, the Courts have stringent Rules govering Judicial Conduct, and STEWART's case is a good example of it. He did not abide by those Rules and he got spanked...
You and everyone on this Board must refraqin from such comments which are contrary to the "FACTS" as LL would say as shown in the EDIG case thus far, and go back to discussing EDIG, as focusing on "Personal views" in my judgement is counter productive to EDIG and our interest...
BACK TO SOAKING SOME MORE ENGLISH CULTURE...
